My husband and daughter are visiting Yellowstone this summer. Listening to them excitedly plan their adventures and itinerary makes my mind race: What will she wear fly fishing? What’s the perfect lounge and play cards attire? While this might sound trivial, it is really how my mind works. Here is how I’d tackle (pun intended) the great outdoors, with function and style.
Everything for an outdoor adventure should be packable, lightweight and something you actually want to wear. Curious to see what my duffel would be overstuffed with?
sandals, jacket,shorts,tee, bandana, sunnies, spf
S’mores and suede go hand in hand in my camping guidebook. Beyond the fireside chats, I see myself wearing this suede scarf in a multitude of ways, all year long.
pointelle top & bottom, suede scarf, Birks, facial mist, insect repellant
The bandana print screams camp and I’m here for it. Whether you are trekking a national park or trekking for your matcha, it works. Also necessary, a vintage Snoopy sweatshirt because Snoopy makes us all happy.
sandals, tote, hat vintage Snoopy (similar), playing cards, bandana (similar)
I love a good matchy-matchy moment and I was delighted to discover an outdoorsy tab of one of the comfiest (and cutest) brands out in the (internet) wild.
tee (see above), fleece, short & pant , trail shoe
Choose your own adventure and be a happy camper.
XO,
DK
“S’mores and suede go hand in hand in my camping guidebook.” It will never be the same around the fire pit without this serious suede update.
